I was introduced to a great Fish called Swai which is which is native to Southeast Asia—Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia it is cheaper than a lot of white fish and is sweet and tasty. it apparantley is a sort of catfish . I have a bought a bag of it and love to grill it in breadcrumbs. If i won this it would be great to cook the Swai on then i would serve it with a wedge of lemon, some fragrant rice and peas and baby sweetcorn.

I’ll let you in on a secret. My partner is a vegetarian. He thinks I am too. If I won this competition when he goes away to work I’d cook myself a lovely steak. Or a burger. Or sausages. Or gammon. Or bacon. OR ALL OF THEM! I’d have to leave the windows open all weekend to get rid of the smell and I’d have to hide the grill, but it’d be worth it!

I would cook steaks for hubby and i … Sounds so simple, but hubby likes his still succulent and tender, but with no pinkness whatsoever left, while I (who always used to like my meat cremated!) desire mine to be rare to medium-rare and no further. It is fairly stressful ensuring we both get the perfect steak, and the optigrill can only make things easier at tea times!!
