Slow Roast Lamb

Lorraine Pascale has recently launched her new book and television show, Fast, Fresh and Easy. I have enjoyed the recipes on her show and at the request of my husband made her slow roast lamb (see here for recipe). It really was easy to make and tasted divine. I didn’t have any chardonnay, so used Sauvignon Blanc instead but I didn’t feel it affected the taste. Have a go and let me know how you got on.
