I know everyone will say sprouts, they’re nice if you don’t overcook them. My dreaded food on Christmas day would be either the meat being dry and the gravy being average.

However the worst would be if the portion was too small………………!!!!!!!!

Salad! Christmas is all about overindulgence. There are things in a traditional Christmas dinner I would not usually choose to eat at any other time of year, such as bread sauce or even turkey, but I’d be sad if they were missing from the Christmas table – especially the sausages wrapped in bacon!

Thank you so much for the lovely hamper I have received. I am so pleased with it and the contents. The mince pies are delicious and the crisp breads were perfect with the Christmas cheese board. The spice blend sounds amazing and we will be having that on some roast potatoes with a bit of paprika chicken. We had a look on the bims kitchen website about the chilli coconut relish and came across a recipe for stir fried prawns with the relish and it sound amazing so we will be trying that. Once again thank you so much and happy new year to you.
